Friday Nights - Mussels
On Fridays we source fresh Mussels from the Pacific Coast of Mexico. Enjoy a ½ kilo of mussels served in a white wine & garlic marinière, with your choice of fries or organic garden salad. This is subject to availability and reservations are recommended.
Escargots à la Bourguignonne
Our famous Baked Snail dish. We bring the traditional Burgundy Snails fresh from Mexico City, served in a rich garlic and herb butter sauce and paired best with a crisp Chardonnay.
Rotisserie Chicken
Our family recipe and signature technique, we start with organic chicken, tenderized using a pineapple marinade, seasoned under the skin with our ownhouse blend of Herbs de Provence & cooked to perfection in the Rotisserie.
Boeuf à la Bourguignonne
This dish is one of the great culinary emblems of France—created by the legendary Chef Auguste Escoffier and later modernized by Julia Child.
At La Brocherie, we prepare our Boeuf Bourguignon with pride. We use a premium quality beef that comes from Canada. The meat is marinated in Burgundy wine, then slowly braised until perfectly tender and full of deep, rich flavor. It’s cooked together with carrots, potatoes, onions, bacon, mushrooms, and aromatic herbs. A timeless classic, crafted with care.

We proudly offer a selection of Monterrey's finest cuts of beef; Filet Mignon, Ribeye & Flank Steak sourced from Monterrey in the North of Mexico.
