HOW TO ARRIVE IN BARCELONA

By plane

Barcelona - El Prat international airport is the most convenient way to reach Barcelona. A shuttle bus service connects Barcelona Airport (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2) with the city center (Plaça Catalunya) in 35 minutes, with departures every 5 minutes and costs 5.90€. Tickets can be purchased in the bus or online at the Aerobus website.

You can also reach the city center by train (line R2 from Terminal 2 to Passeig the Gràcia, costs 4.10€) or taxi (costs around 40€.).

By train

There are many train services that arrive in Barcelona. The main train station is Sants Estació, well-connected with any part of the city through the metro service. From Sants Estació you can take the metro line 3 (L3) to Plaça Catalunya.

By car

Barcelona can also be easily reached by car. The highway AP-7 (toll-road) links Barcelona to Perpignan (south of France) in about 2 hours. Car parks in Bacelona city center cost about 25-30€. per day.
