L.I.F.E. Support Alliance

The LIFE Support Alliance a Volunteer ONLY organization and is free, public, and transparent. We believe that all of us need support, and that most of us are all going through similar issues. As a volunteer based group, participants should be willing to share their stories with others to also help them as what works for you could also work and help others, therefore we start with all communications and sessions to be public and accessible to others. If need arises anything can be made private on a case by case basis. All participants are also members of the broader FQN CommUnity Network, which administers the LIFE Support Alliance. Through collaborative action, FQN strives to improve the world into a better place. Being a social community focused on various initiatives we work toward engagement and empowerment as two of our most essential values. 

Everyone is welcome to attend our real-time sessions, and get involved in our asynchronous platform communications. You can use this site to help get signed up and on-boarded.

• Small Group Format. We ensure a small group format. When there are more attendees, we split up into smaller groups.

• Check-ins. Sessions begin with check-ins in small “Buddy Teams” of 2-3 people. Each group in the session then introduces themselves within the breakout groups where the Buddy Teams get together again into a larger ensemble.

• Open Discussion. Anyone who would like feedback can propose a topic, ask questions and receive feedback from the community.

• Agenda. Topics are proposed by an individual person and vary from session-to-session. Generally, they are personal and timely matters. Each person can talk about and receive help with whatever topic they need in their lives, organizations, or situations they seek help with. The group then goes back and forth trying to help the person who is the core agenda focus within that topic.

• Time. The duration depends on each session and individual situations. Anyone can check-out at any moment they want, no questions asked.

We believe in supporting the entire individual holistically – in their personal lives as well as professional, social, and higher goals. We believe together, we can amplify each other’s personal vision for a better world.

 Due to the recent momentum and need in our community, we are now actively improving and bringing back this program which includes Organizational Support as well as Personnel Support.
