BLN Matrix

The primary reason why we have a BLN Matrix is to create a fast and efficient way for people to rate and estimate their Basic LIFE Needs as you would perceive your own life in relation to everyone else. The Matrix is a simple 10 point scale, but different types of Basic LIFE Necessities are weighted differently. This makes it a bit more complex to manually calculate, but most people are able to do it with no problem.  More importantly than the points that each person gives themselves, you can also write a short sentence to describe your situation and better clarify what people may be able to help you with.

Please find here following below the BLN Matrix Form you can fill out and submit to our Life Support Alliance Team for Evaluation. Do not hesitate to contact us directly and demand clarification on any doubt you may have while going through the questions.
