• Additional Fees

In addition to the product price and shipping cost, a 4% PayPal international transfer fee will be charged on the total amount.

• Order Validity

If payment is not received within 7 days of placing an order (unless prior contact has been made), the order will be canceled.

• Delivery Time

For in-stock items, delivery will occur within one week after payment confirmation.

For custom orders, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 months.

Payment is due within 7 days of placing the order (prepayment is required in principle).

• Cancellation Before Delivery

For in-stock items, cancellation is possible before shipment, with a refund issued minus any applicable fees.

For custom-order guitars, cancellation is possible before part procurement or production begins, with a refund issued minus the deposit (the lower of 50% of the total order amount or USD 2,230.00). Cancellations are not accepted once production has started.

For in-stock items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided there are no damages or defects after receipt. Please contact us by phone or email before returning the product.

If there are damages or defects, returns will not be accepted unless the customer agrees to cover the cost of repairs, in which case the return may be processed.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any transfer fees.

If the product is damaged or scratched due to shipping, please retain the packaging materials and contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and proceed with the necessary steps.

Our warranty is only valid within Japan.

Shipping fees will be calculated and charged based on your delivery address.
