Made the LED blank by the second by setting it up to an arduino

The potentiometer, also known as a variable resister, gets connected to 5 volts across its two outer pins. The middle pin outputs a voltage between 0 and 5, depending where the knob of the potentiometer is.

I changed the code to make the LEDs turn on one after another and all turn on at the same time one after the other.

Manuel: when I put my finger on the photo resister, the LED gets brighter.
Auto: As long as my hand gets close enough to the photo resister, the LED turns on.
