Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Kynd Savings. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Kynd Savings, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Kynd Savings is a personal finance tracking application that helps users track expenses, income, savings goals, and budgeting insights. The app does not connect to bank accounts or financial institutions. All financial data is manually entered by the user.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, keeping your account secure, and using the app lawfully.
4. No Financial Advice
Kynd Savings provides informational tools only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Kynd Savings offers Monthly Pro ($3.99/month), Yearly Pro ($29.99/year), and Lifetime ($49.90 one-time). Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Google Play account. Payments are handled by Google Play and RevenueCat. Kynd Savings does not store payment card details. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies.
6. Data & Privacy
We do not sell your personal or financial data. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about how data is collected, used, stored, and deleted.
7. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion at any time through the app or Account Deletion page. Once processed, data will be removed from active systems within 7–30 days. Some billing records may remain with Google Play or RevenueCat for legal and compliance purposes.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kynd Savings is not responsible for financial losses, incorrect user-entered data, or decisions made based on app information. The app is provided “as is” and “as available.”
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
