Kynd Savings — Account Deletion

You are in full control of your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your Kynd Savings account, what data is removed, and how long the process takes.
Overview
You can request deletion of your Kynd Savings account at any time. Once your request is verified, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be removed:
- Profile information (name, preferences, settings)
- Email and account credentials
- Financial data (income, expenses, budgets)
- Savings goals and progress
- Transaction history
- Check-ins and check-outs
- App-related subscription status stored in our system
What Data May Be Retained
Some data may still be retained by third-party services:
- Payment and billing records may be retained by Google Play and RevenueCat as required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and compliance purposes
- Anonymous analytics data that cannot be linked back to your identity may be retained to improve the service
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 to 30 days. This time may be required to verify your identity and complete removal from all systems.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1 (In-App):
1. Open the Kynd Savings app
2. Go to Profile
3. Open Settings
4. Tap “Delete Account”
Option 2 (Email Request):
If the in-app option is not available, send an email from your registered email address to:
kyndsavings@gmail.com
Use subject: Delete my account
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- All your financial data will be permanently removed from our active systems
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it from your Google Play account before requesting deletion to avoid future charges
- Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after account deletion
