Registration

Attendees registration is free of charge.

Attendees will be provided with access to Zoom calls of all conference sections during each day of the conference with the opportunity to ask questions to speakers and invited lecturers.

Conference speakers registration is paid.

Papers will be accepted for consideration only if at least one of the authors donates an amount of 100 UAH or more for a fundraise supported by administration of Kyiv Academic University.

Larger donations are welcome and encouraged!

Don't forget to specify the correct payment purpose (see below)!

KAU student, Olena Mykolaivna Krachan, is fundraising for 1,000 Pill Packs.

This is a special set of pills that, according to TCCC, is recommended for soldiers to take when injured - one personal pill pack consists of paracetamol, meloxicam and moxifloxacin in the required amount .

The more money we will raise, the more military personnel we will provide with pill packs.

Attention! If an article is not accepted for the conference due to the author(s) violating the principles of academic integrity or failing to meet the requirements specified on the "Information for Authors" page, the conference organizers will not refund the funds donated by the author(s).

Before registaering for a conference as a speaker, please make sure you have all documents listed:

1. paper in .pdf format (formatted to the template, see "Information for Authors" page)

filename must be as following: "surname_name.pdf"

2. screenshot of the results of the anti-plagiarism check in .png, .jpeg or .jpg format (for example, www.plag.com.ua)

filename must be as following: "surname_name_screenshot.png (or .jpeg or .jpg)"

3. bank receipt of the donation for the fundraise .pdf format

filename must be as following: "surname_name_AFU.pdf"

4. zip archive, which must contain (see "Information for Authors" page):

• paper in .tex format

• compiled paper in .pdf format

• .cls file

• all accompanying files necessary for compiling the paper: diagrams, graphs, pictures, etc. 

filename must be as following: "surname_name.zip"

Attention! In case the work has more than one author - use in the file names the surname and first name of the co-author who will speak at the conference.

Attention! In case you submit more than one paper and will present more than one please add "_1", "_2" etc. at the end of the filename in each of the neccessary files correspondingly before submitting them.

That means, for instance, .pdf file of your first paper will be named "surname_name_1.pdf", and pdf file of the second paper will be named "surname_name_2.pdf" etc. Each of the four files listed above must be named in this way.

This is necessary so that the database of collected files does not accidentally contain documents with the same names - so that all the files you sent are saved correctly.
