KY Huang Lab

I am currently an Assistant Professor at the Program for Precision Health and Intelligent Medicine (PHIM), Graduate School of Advanced Technology (GSAT), National Taiwan University (NTU). I am also an Assistant Professor (joint appointment) at the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences and Medical Biotechnology, NTUCM (臺大醫學院醫技系). In the past, in my Ph.D. thesis, early postdoc training, and as a project Assistant Professor, I focused on discovering a novel therapeutic agent to overcome EGFR-TKI resistance. I established several screening models, including the Reporter assay, the Double fluorescence chase assay, the In vitro kinase assay,  the Oncogene-dependent cell viability assay, the Decoy antibody and ELISA assay, the mRNA technology,  the CRISPR technology, the Antibody engineering, and the PROTAC system. I wish I could develop a useful drug to treat disease in Taiwan.
