The West African Graduate Student Symposium is free of charge. There are no registration fees for presenters or attendees. The symposium welcomes graduate students, early-career scholars, and established researchers from West Africa.

Lunch will be provided for all registered participants. Registration for non-presenting attendees is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to the venue's seating capacity.
