Coming from a corporate sales background, I began training and coaching agents since I was first became licensed over 30 years ago. I have held many positions in leadership in small and large offices, started my own real estate company, helped run a large real estate school and taught well over a thousand hours of classes and directly helped hundreds of agents toward their own success in the real estate business.
Most of the training, coaching and mentoring was either informal or within the confines of other organizations with the normal restrictions inherent in meeting someone elses goals rather than entirely my own. Your Real Estate Success is the product of my desire to help others succeed and finding the best way to do it, efficiently and effectively.
