Welcome to the 2021 Virtual Pennsic Known World A&S Display!

• The menu in the upper right corner (upper left corner on mobile) will help you navigate this website.

• The DISPLAY HALL is a dropdown menu of each participant who is displaying this year.

  • Entrants are alphabetized by the first letter of their SCA name.

  • Each entrant's Zoom "office hours" are listed on their individual page.

• An overall schedule of the 8/8/21 Zoom "office hours" as well as a link to the Zoom room is available under ZOOM DISCUSSION MASTER SCHEDULE.

  • Each entrant will have their own breakout room, so some may have overlapping "office hours."

Display Information and Details

Format: We are willing and able to work with you to present your display in the best and most efficient way. Each entrant will be given a subpage on this website to use for their display materials.

We have several options available for how you can structure your information.

• YouTube videos: We are able to embed or link to YouTube videos

• Other videos: We are able to link to videos hosted on your own site, or post videos sent to us.

• Photos: We can post as many photos as you want to send, either as individual photos in a layout or as an image carousel or both.

• Documentation: We are able to post PDFs or Google Docs.

Social Media Waivers: Display staff will email a social media waiver that you must fill out in order for us to post your image and/or images of your work.

Zoom: Once we receive your registration indicating your interest in having a Zoom session, we will email you to set up a time slot on 8/8/21.
