The official Kwan Family Reunion group photo session will be done before lunch on Thursday. Please wear your KFR 2023 t-shirt (which you will receive at check-in)!

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING

For those of you NOT renting cars, we suggest taxi, Lyft, or Uber. For transportation to/from the airport, there is no shuttle but taxi fare is around $20. Share rides.

For those of you traveling by car, free parking is available in the Handlery Hotel’s parking lot.

SESSION RECORDINGS

The main conference session on Thursday, August 3, between 9:00–12:00pm PST, will be recorded. The recording will be posted to the Kwan Family Reunion Facebook group after the reunion.

NAME TAGS

If you have and know your Chinese name, please email it to kwanfamily15@gmail.com.  Double check your identity information including your Kwan Code because it will be printed on your name badge.
