MREC Requirements for Real Estate Marketing:
Include the name on your license:
Agents cannot use nicknames, unless you update your license through the Department of Labor and Licensing (DLLR).
You can only call yourself a Real Estate Agent after you have been activated in DLLR.
Using the term REALTOR® means you have joined the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
REALTOR® should always be capitalized.
Brokerage Name must be meaningfully and conspicuously included on ALL marketing materials.
Brokerage Logo:
Required on both signs and print materials.
Telephone numbers:
Agent’s name and cell phone number should be the largest.
Office phone number must be included on everything (business cards, yard signs, print flyers, postcards, etc.) This number can be smaller than the agent’s number on a sign, but still needs to be visible from the road.
Office Address:
Print materials: requires office number and address.
Signs do not require the office address.

Social Media:
Posts must include a tag or mentioning of your brokerage.
If you post about a listing, you must include a link to the listing. This can be any landing page: KW app, your website, Zillow, et cetera.
Reminder, if you advertise about a listing, it must be published to the MLS within 24 ours or less. Failure to do so will result in fines. Learn more here.
