I am here to tell what it is to guest at a magic houseAt the house of Naila, djinn who among us deigns to live
Where the cups drain, yet never empty of ev’ry good drinkSherbert and mead endlessly river, fountaining red wine,
And least ye drown, good strong coffee, black as ink strokesThat fill the pages of the books that line the walls with splendid gold
Golden as the plates that fill and fill again with a sumptuous feastFrom all the lands of earth across the sands of time by her generous skill
Throughout that house works of art and mind brightly forth do shineMirroring the good that’s in her and her works for those here to see
But to tell of all her workings would enchantment take, many as they areArt enough to fill one thousand years of dreams in a wondrous sleep
So thus it must be well enough for us to say that we show her this dayNewly now to be a green and tender leaf of the Laurel wreath.

في منزل نائلة ، الجنّية التي تنازلت لتعيش بيننا
حيث مهما شربنا لا تفرغ أكوابنا من شراب لذيذ
وتجري أنهار شربات ونبيذ العسل، وينبع فيه الخمر
وخوفا أن تغرقوا يوجد قهوة قوية سوداء كالحبر
الذي يملأ الكتب الذهبية التي تزين الجدران
ذهبية كالأطباق التي تملؤها بمهارة بالولائم الفاخرة
مستوحاة من كل بلاد الأرض ومن كل الأزمان
وفي كل هذا البيت تبرع أعمال يدها وعقلها
تمثل خير صفاتها وأعمالها ليراها الجميع
ولكن من دون سحر صعبت علي سيرة اعمالها العديدة
التي تكفي لتملأ ألف عام من الأحلام في نوم سحري
لذلك نكتفي بأن نكرمها اليوم ويشرفنا جدا
ان نجعلها ورقة خضراء ناعمة في إكليل غار.
أنجز أثناء حرب الأجنحة في الخامس عشر من أكتوبر
في السنة السابعة والخمسين لجمعيتنا عسى أن تزدهر
