First Gollar

I created the fur lining out of some super furry ribbon I found at Michaels. Just as a cheap-ish test run. I learned a few things about how to work with furriness that I will definitely change next time: cut from the back and don't sew the fur into the seam if you can help it. The lining is also larger than the collar intentionally, but that makes it lay a little funny. I will probably hand-sew the next one. This one was machine sewn for the sake of time, as I had MANY other projects to be completed before 12th night. In the picture it looks like I sewed a crimp, but that's just from me pulling at it. I will steam that out before wearing it. I used the pattern from Katafalk, minus the gusset/gore thing she put in the back-neck. I might alter the pattern next time to have slightly more fabric there.
