Hiroki Kuroda received the B.E. degree in computer science, and the M.E. and the Ph.D. degrees in information and communications engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 2013, 2015, and 2019, respectively. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Information and Management Systems Engineering, Nagaoka University of Technology, Niigata, Japan. His current research interests are in signal processing, machine learning, inverse problem, and optimization theory. He currently serves as an Associate Editor for the Signal Processing (Elsevier). He received the Seiichi Tejima Doctoral Dissertation Award from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2020 and the IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) Japan Young Author Best Paper Award in 2024.
