茶道の所作は、単なる動作ではなく、心を整えるための大切な行いです。講師の指導のもと、茶碗の扱い方やお茶を点てる際の呼吸、心の持ち方など、丁寧な所作を通して自身の内面に意識を向けていきます。ゆっくりとした動作の中で、自然と心が落ち着く感覚を体験してみてください。
The gestures in tea ceremony are not just movements, but important actions to calm the mind. Under the guidance of the instructor, you will focus on your inner self through careful movements such as how to handle the tea bowl, how to breathe when making tea, and how to keep your mind in order. Experience the feeling of your mind naturally calming down as you move slowly.

お茶の時間には、京都の和菓子店が手がける季節の和菓子をご用意いたします。和菓子の繊細な味わいや、抹茶の深みのある香りとともに、五感で楽しむひとときをお過ごしください。和菓子の美しさにも目を向けながら、ゆったりと一服を味わいましょう。
We offer seasonal Japanese sweets made by a Japanese sweets shop in Kyoto. Enjoy the delicate flavors of the Japanese sweets and the rich aroma of matcha, and use all five senses to enjoy the experience. Take your time to savor a cup of tea while also taking in the beauty of the Japanese sweets.

対象： 初心者の方から、茶道経験者までどなたでもご参加いただけます

着物オプション：＋5,500円
