Under the guidance of Dr. D. P. Barad, students in the Department of English actively explore emerging technologies, where AI plays an important role in shaping our academic experience. Throughout our master’s program, we have been introduced to various digital platforms that promote independent learning and curiosity, including tools like ChatGPT, Google Bard, Claude AI, and Microsoft Bing, which have transformed how we access and understand information beyond the traditional classroom. As part of our coursework, Barad sir has also designed engaging worksheets that encourage us to use AI creatively across different activities, helping us better understand its educational potential. Additionally, we have explored platforms like NotebookLM, which allow us to convert our written content into audio and video formats, making learning more interactive, engaging, and easier to grasp.
