Activities performed as a Vice President of PRAYAS
Founded in September 2021, PRAYAS: Progressive Regional Association of Youth for Advancement of Sciences is a community of enthusiastic students, researchers and academicians working for science popularization among students and general public. PRAYAS will serve as a platform for the manifestation of scientific aptitude in students and public while indulging in healthy competitions and other scientific activities. The association brings together students, teachers, college and university lecturers, professors, scientists and researchers from industry for organizing science promotion activities.

Activities performed as a Senior System Administrator of SciRox
SciRox is a student-run club with a purpose to promote various scientific activities among students. In a bid to make science popular, SciRox is constantly working to keep the scientific spirits alive by organizing a number of activities for students.
My responsibilities in the club
To empower the IT infrastructure of SciRox.

To develop a new website of SciRox.
To create digital content for various activities at SciRox.
Apart from this, I am leading the project “Tunneling”. The aim of the project is to increase the scientific outreach of university students and provide a common platform to the viewers to learn science through knowledgeable and fun experiments in Punjabi language. Under this banner, I along with my team organized a nationwide online quiz competition "Tunnel Pedias" on Sep 25, 2021.
Activities performed as the President of Physical Science Society
Physical Science Society is an initiative by the dynamic physicists of the Department of Physics at NITJ to enhance the social and educational fabric of the nation. The society is highly dedicated to promoting scientific thinking and logical reasoning among the masses for the upliftment of society at large.
My work as the President (2019-2021)

Extracurricular activities such as cleanliness and plantation drive in the NITJ Campus,
Assisted in organizing various short term courses/conferences/webinars and workshops
I with my web team created a website (www.nitj.ac.in/physics) of Department of Physics, NIT Jalandhar and also created websites for other short term courses and conferences
Developed a documentary video of Department of Physics, NIT Jalandhar
The presidency has helped me to polish my leadership, management and organizational skills.
Other Activities
Completed a CITI Program course on Responsible Conduct of Research at Kent State University USA.
Contributed as an editor of the book Avriti. "Avriti" (which means "frequency") discusses the journey of science and technology and its communication in India. The book publication is funded under Vigyan Prasar's flagship programme Science Communication Popularization and Extension (SCoPE) and supported by Punjab State Council for Science and Technology (PSCST), Department of Science and Technology (DST) and Government of India (GoI).
Volunteering as a mentor in the "Desh Ka Mentor" program by Government of Delhi.
Made YouTube tutorials on various e-learning software under the banner of PSS NITJ:

Volunteered in five Covid-19 vaccination drives at Radha Soami Satsang Beas, center Janauri, Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
Sep 2020: Completed a 8 week MOOC course on “Soft Skills” conducted IIT Bombay, India.
09 July 2020: Completed a 12 week coursera MOOC course on “Introduction to Psychology” conducted University of Toronto, Canada.
Completed one 10 day and two 3 days Vipassana Meditation Course at vipassana meditation centre Anandgarh, Mehlawali, Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
Completed a 3 day course on Mental Toughness at Fagu valley Shimla organized by NImit matr training expertise.
Completed a 1 day course on Mental Toughness at Kalka HP organized by NImit matr training expertise.
