Kulm City Pavilion is a newly established Kulm Meeting Place. We have excellent bathroom facilities and a huge space designed for meetings, gathering, community events and celebrations complete with benches that can be converted into picnic tables. Reservations can be made with a Kulm Park board member and a $50.00 refundable deposit is required for incidentals.Â
