Our lab investigates devices, circuits, and driving methods based on oxide thin-film transistors and CMOS transistors
for advanced display applications, including micro-displays, freeform displays, micro-LED (μLED) displays, and high-performance OLED displays.

본 연구실은 산화물 반도체 박막 소자 및 CMOS 트랜지스터 등 소자 분석과 이를 활용한 회로·구동 방법 연구를 통해 micro-display, freeform display, micro-LED display 및 고성능 AMOLED 디스플레이 등 차세대 디스플레이 기술 개발에 중점을 두고 있습니다.
