I'm a listener so make sure I try these strategies when learning:

1. Try to get written instructions and then follow along as they are talked about.

2. Reread my notes soon after class to help me remember what I'm learning.

3. Turn on closed captioning to follow along with something being read.

4. Write out information I'm learning and then read it back to myself out loud.

5. Have someone quiz me and answer the questions out loud. 

When I'm studying I need light! If it's dimly lit, I need to move towards a window or have overhead lighting or lamps.

1. My most important or creative learning needs to be done earlier in the day.

2. Routine task can be done later in the day
