rooms for meetings and events
KTH Library
Study rooms fit up to 8-10 people for project meetings. KTH students can book twice a week up to 2 hours each time. Book a study room her at KTHB website
Sustainability events can be held in collaboration with the Library and they may sponsor food for your guests. Contact Mikko Bromark, mikkob@kth.se
KTH innovation
At the new location Teknikringen 1 there are spaces for events and meetings, and some associations (including SforS) are sharing an office space there. For information and booking, contact Lisa Bäckman, lisbac@kth.se
KTH Entré
You can organise lunchtime lectures at KTH entré for free if you are a student group.
THS Chapters' Chapter halls
Many chapters allow their members to book the chapter hall for events. The chapter halls can be used for anything from meetings to parties - as long as you follow the rules for the alcohol permit and cooking restrictions. Contact your chapter hall responsible for more information.
THS Nymble and Osqvik
THS Associations* can book free meeting rooms in Nymble, or book venues for events at a discount. In many of the rooms at KTH you are not allowed to invite people from outside KTH to the event, but this is allowed in Nymble. There is also a student lodge and sauna you can rent for team building! KTH Booking
KTH organisations can book lecture halls and rooms at KTH to hold meetings and events, with several conditions. In general it has to be outside office hours, and can not involve non-KTH related people, real food, partying or alcohol. With that said you can still get very good venues for evening lectures or workshops. KTH Students for Sustainability is a recognized student association at KTH* and if you are starting a new sustainability project you can collaborate with us to book a room. KTH Sustainability Office
As the main hub for sustainability work at KTH Sustainability Office is involved in many projects from waste management to climate action plan. They can help you out with many contacts, and have some funding for projects promoting sustainable development at KTH. "Miljö och hållbarhet på tvärs" Application form
KTH Innovation
Is your project an entrepreneurial endeavour? If you want to make a startup, KTH Innovation can help you with counseling and accelerator programs. If your project will encourage innovation and entrepreneurship at KTH, KTH Innovation may support you with funding.
Folkuniversitetet
Are you a member of an association or do you have a group of friends with a common interest? At Folkuniversitetet you can start a study circle or organize a cultural event and get assistance with your activities. Start your own study circle
