To attend SWE conferences, students must:

• Be a national SWE member of Society of Women Engineers

• Attend required pre-conference meetings

• Follow SWE code of conduct

• Commit to full conference attendance unless excused due to emergency

Yes, we have limited amount of fundings to sponsor limited amount of students.

• Deposit of $50 is applied toward conference registration cost

• Funding covers (as applicable):

  • Partial conference registration cost

  • Full cost of flights

  • Full lodging (Shared hotel rooms)

• Application Form: Form closed

• Deadline: N/A

• Selection Notification: June 8th 6pm the latest

Selection is based on interest, involvement with KSU SWE, and availability of funding.

• Travel arrangements will be coordinated by president and treasurer

• Flights depart from Atlanta (Hartsfield-Jackson Airport)

• Hotel accommodations will be arranged for selected attendees

• Full itinerary will be provided prior to departure
