To attend SWE conferences, students must:
Be a national SWE member of Society of Women Engineers
Attend required pre-conference meetings
Follow SWE code of conduct
Commit to full conference attendance unless excused due to emergency
Yes, we have limited amount of fundings to sponsor limited amount of students.
Deposit of $50 is applied toward conference registration cost

Full cost of flights
Full lodging (Shared hotel rooms)

Selection is based on interest, involvement with KSU SWE, and availability of funding.
Travel arrangements will be coordinated by president and treasurer
Flights depart from Atlanta (Hartsfield-Jackson Airport)
Hotel accommodations will be arranged for selected attendees
Full itinerary will be provided prior to departure
Yes, national SWE membership is required for all conferences.
A $50 deposit is required for selected attendees. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total travel costs for the conference.

Yes, all students with confirmed conference registration will be provided with an official excuse letter upon request for academic or attendance purposes.
