Human Factors, Operations Optimization, and Ergonomics 

HOPE Lab

About Us

The Human Factors, Operations Optimization, and Ergonomics (HOPE) Lab is composed of a multidisciplinary team of faculty members and students from the Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology, along with collaborators from across Kennesaw State University. The lab is led by Dr. Valentina Nino, with support from Students from various departments who contribute to research focused on improving healthcare systems through ergonomics, human factors, and emerging technologies. The HOPE Lab is located in the Engineering Lab Building G on the Marietta Campus.
