Blended Learning is commonly defined as an instructional method that integrates technology with traditional, teacher-led classroom activities allowing students more flexibility, voice, and choice over time, place, pace, and path. While technology and digital learning opportunities are not required for Personalized Learning, the intentional and focused use of supplementary online resources is a strongly recommended PL practice. UDL Stands for Universal Design for Learning. Within this framework, teachers consider the multiple ways they can engage students in learning, present the learning content, and receive student demonstrations (or expressions) of learning. When thinking about Personalized Learning, it is important that teachers engage students in the learning by appealing to their interests, vary the learning path, pace, and place depending on the students' presentation needs, and vary the demonstrations of learning to best reflect each students' strengths and interests.
