The Kansas Instructional Leaders Association (KILA) exists to fill a critical gap: supporting curriculum and instructional leaders across Kansas. While other associations focus on superintendents or principals, KILA focuses on the heart of teaching and learning.

Membership Options

Because KILA operates under the umbrella of USA-Kansas, membership is structured to provide maximum value:

Dual Memberships: Many leaders choose to belong to multiple USA-Kansas affiliate associations. For example:
- USA-Kansas + KILA
- USA-Kansas + Secondary Principals Association + KILA
Stand-Alone Membership: Instructional leaders may also join KILA directly through USA-Kansas.

This flexible structure allows members to select the combination that best fits their role and needs.

How to Join or Renew

Membership is managed through USA-Kansas.
Simply select KILA when registering or renewing your USA-Kansas membership.
If you are already a USA-Kansas member, you can add KILA at any time.
