KASCD has been dedicated to empowering leaders at every level to become impactful instructional leaders.  As part of our commitment to growth, we are rebranding to Kansas Instructional Leaders Association (KILA).  Join us at the USA annual conference, as we unveil our plans for the 2024-2025 school year.  Our goal is to ensure all school leaders discover the benefits the Kansas Instructional Leaders Association can offer.

With a dedicated leadership team, we focus on supporting instructional leaders in all roles such as superintendent, special education director, principal, instructional coach, or any instructional leadership role within the field of education.  Next year, we will be hosting times for collaboration and connection throughout the year focused on particular instructional topics.  Additionally, we are organizing "Just in Time" learning sessions that are timely and convenient for attendance.  We invite you to join us to learn more about what we can offer.  Together we will make a difference in Kansas instruction!
