A Letter From the Director
Hi, friends!
I’m Miss Taylee, and I’ve had the joy of serving as our Children’s Ministry Director for the past four years! I actually grew up in the Kennewick Church, joining at just four years old, so Children’s Ministry has been a part of my life for a long time. I’ve taught Primary, led VBS, supported our teachers, attended conferences, and probably consumed enough animal crackers and Goldfish to qualify as a food group. 😂 I’m currently studying Communication & Child Development, which fits perfectly with my love for ministry and working with kids!
My favorite part of this ministry is watching kids grow in their relationship with Jesus while creating a church where they feel loved, known, and excited to belong. I believe God has a special purpose for every person—including our youngest members—and there’s a place for everyone to serve. Whether you’re a kid, a parent, a grandparent, a longtime volunteer, or someone wondering how you can help, I’m so glad you’re here!

Just a Little Bit About Me!
I’m 22, and this is my 7th year serving in Children’s Ministry and my 5th year as Director! I also serve on our church board, help with Children’s Ministry at our sister church in Pasco, and lead with the Pasco Pathfinders.
I’m a bonus mom to two of the sweetest preschoolers you’ll ever meet and a fire/chaplain’s other half. When I’m not doing something church-related, I’m a newly certified CPST (Child Passenger Safety Tech), a hobby photographer for family and friends, and soon - an employee at the Small World Learning Center.
I love baking, reading, photography, true crime, painting, camping, traveling, event planning, and anything that gives my brain an excuse to come up with another new idea. You’ll probably find me at church, Hobby Lobby, the Dollar Store, behind the lens cheering on my bonus babies, or running my hunny a Pepsi to the station between calls.
Life keeps me busy serving, loving, and always planning the next event! 😂
