WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By signing up for and participating in the KNOWLEDGE SEEKERS ACADEMY, I, the undersigned participant, voluntarily assume all risks associated with the KNOWLEDGE SEEKERS ACADEMY, including but not limited to risks of injury, illness, disability, property loss, and death. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I am solely responsible for my own safety, actions, and well-being throughout the KNOWLEDGE SEEKERS ACADEMY.

I irrevocably waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless Knowledgeseekers, its officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to my participation in the KNOWLEDGE SEEKERS ACADEMY, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This waiver extends to all claims, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising at any time before, during, or after the KNOWLEDGE SEEKERS ACADEMY. I further agree not to sue or bring any legal action against the Released Parties for any claim waived herein.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge and accept that participation in the KNOWLEDGE SEEKERS ACADEMY may involve strenuous activities, outdoor conditions, transportation, and other inherent risks. I am responsible for my own transportation to and from the KNOWLEDGE SEEKERS ACADEMY and assume all risks associated with travel. I further understand that emergency medical care may not be readily available and authorize Knowledgeseekers Staff to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if deemed necessary.

MEDIA CONSENT

I consent to Knowledgeseekers capturing photographs, videos, and audio recordings of me during the KNOWLEDGE SEEKERS ACADEMY and grant Knowledgeseekers a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such media for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. I waive any claims to compensation or rights of approval over such materials.

EARLY DEPARTURE RESPONSIBILITY

Should I choose to leave the KNOWLEDGE SEEKERS ACADEMY early or be dismissed for violating rules, I assume full responsibility for arranging and covering the costs of my transportation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I further agree that all claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. I waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Knowledgeseekers. Knowledgeseekers reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time and may do so without warning. If any portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

I acknowledge and confirm that by attending that I have read, understand and agree to this waiver entirely.
