It is essential for us as parents to ensure that what is planted is righteousness, kindness, manners, selflessness, servitude, a sense of purpose and a pathway to understanding how to fulfill that purpose. That is what we provide at the Knowledgeseekers Academy. Our team of teachers are living proof that our program works.

NEW KS ACADEMY INSTAGRAM
On Wednesday, Oct. 30, KS Academy launched its brand new Instagram page. All of our videos, as well as our announcements for events will be posted there.
WEEK 2: CLASSES CONTINUE
On Sunday, Oct. 27, The Knowledge Seekers Academy Sunday program continues to show growth as more parents sign-up their children. The 7-12 yr old class is almost at capacity, we may have to open up a second classroom for this age group. What the parents are saying:

On the second day of the program, the teachers were interviewed to give their feedback to the parents on their experience and what they would like to see. Interviews:
PARENT TRAINING
On Sunday, Oct. 27, Sh. Aous met with the parents to share the curriculum, the goals and the expectations from both the students and the parents. In addition, we conducted training on Google Classroom.
KS ACADEMY FALL 2025
On Saturday, Oct. 27, The Knowledge Seekers Academy Saturday program started its second year in Highline College in Des Moines, WA. The students and staff had an excellent first day.
5-6 YR OLD PROGRAM
GREAT NEWS! KS Academy has decided to provide a children's program for the 5-6 yr old age group. We are lucky to have a strong team educating that children, including Sister Zainab Al-Haidari and Sister Um Yaseen in the classroom and Sister Zainub Al-Husaini helping in the background.
CLASS ENGAGEMENT
The 7-12 & 13-17 yr old program have already had a great impact on the youth, who have expressed their excitement to learn and have praised the teachers' teaching style.

A graduate of the Knowledgeseekers Program, Ali Manhel has been taught and mentored by Sh. Aous since the age of 9. The material was drilled in him yearly. Today, 7 years later, Br. Ali Manhel has become a teacher...

Also a graduate of the Knowledgeseekers program, Mohammed has been taught and mentored on the program since the age of 10. Now, 7 years later, he has also become a teacher and mentor to the youth.

A graduate of the Knowledgeseekers Program, Sayed Mousa is one of Sh. Aous's top students, always hungry for knowledge, very social and inquisitive. A college student and club soccer player, he brings discipline, consistency and fun to the team, as well as a wealth of knowledge from studying and constantly doing mubahathah with sh. Aous.
TEACHER
A graduate of the Knowledgeseekers Program, Br. Ahmed is also one of Sh. Aous's top students, always inquisitive, always striving to learn, always questioning. A great mentor for the kids, he also brings a wealth of knowledge from studying under and being mentored by sh. Aous for many years.
