Fleet management, including purchasing, inventory, and maintenance
Training Coordinator
Vehicle insurance and claims management
Equipment inventory management
Vendor and contractor coordination
Jail oversight
Budget planning and management
Attends local government meetings and works with commissioners, council members, and other government leaders
Operations Commander
Patrol shift coverage as needed
Public safety education for children in all three local school corporations, including the Eddie Eagle program
Works collaboratively with local police agencies and surrounding counties
