Serving all of Vermont, New Hampshire, and Wyoming
The way therapy is delivered has changed considerably in the past few years. Clients can do this kind of work from their home and fit sessions into their lives in a way that works for them.
Brainspotting can be done as an adjunct to regular therapy
We offer 90 minute and 2 hour extended sessions in order to do the best work we can. Less significant traumas can usually be resolved in 2-3 sessions, more significant traumas will take longer. Using this format allows the client to go deep without having to spend time on the usual opening and closing of sessions. With this approach we can spend most of our time together processing in order to feel better sooner. This structure allows people to schedule sessions now, instead of waiting weeks on a waiting list or calling many therapists and not finding anyone with an opening. Extended sessions aren't covered by insurance and are self-pay only.
We also offer half and full day intensives. While clients can schedule these, a consultation call would help to estimate the time it might take to work through the issue you want to concentrate on. Intensives aren't covered by insurance and are self-pay only.
Sessions can be in person or online.
