The way therapy is delivered has changed considerably in the past few years. Clients can do this kind of work from their home and fit sessions into their lives in a way that works for them.
We offer therapy in two ways:
Weekly 60 minute sessions in our office in Lyndonville, VT or over telehealth
90 minute to 3 hour extended sessions that can fit easily into a client's busy life, create change sooner, and get in quicker. These sessions are self-pay only as insurance won't cover them.
Sessions can be in person or online.
Why would I want to do a Brainspotting extended session or intensive?
An incident occurred and you want faster results than talk therapy.
You want to work on something in therapy, but don't have time for weekly sessions.
You are out of work with symptoms and need to get back to work as soon as possible.
Talk therapy isn't working well enough and you want to try something different.
An incident just occurred and you want to deal with it immediately.
You feel stuck in talk therapy and want to see if this creates movement in your regular weekly sessions.
