The Body’s Natural Healing Response

The vibrations move through your skeleton and send electrical surges of sensation through your nerves and cells to aid and guide in your relaxation, activating your body’s natural healing response. The best sound healing instrument any of us have is our voice. The vibrations vibrate every part of you and anything else in proximity to the sounds you make. How you speak to yourself and others is important and resonates. Love, respect, perception, and assurance. Your sense of self and others has energy and causes and effects. Acknowledging feelings is how we move through them.'
