To promote online safety and educate young people about cybercrime, the Gujarat government’s Education and Home Affairs Departments initiated the Cybersecurity Awareness and Creative Handholding Kendra (CAWACH). In support of this, Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University conducted a month-long campaign, spearheaded by Dr. Dilip Barad, to raise digital awareness among students across 17 departments. The campaign focused on teaching students about cyber threats, how to protect themselves online, and the importance of responsible internet use.
