My name is Krishnarjun (he/him) and I hail from the historic city of Calicut. My mother tongue is Tamil, even though I am fluent in Malayalam, English, Hindi, and a little bit of Kannada and Sanskrit.
I am fascinated by Mathematics and Music among many other things.
I am very passionate about acquiring knowldege and skill and passing them on to interested students. My career choice as a mathematician is reminiscent of this fact.
In my YouTube Channel, I try to communicate mathematics the way I see it for the benefit of the general public as well as interested students. This is complemented by my Blog where I write about stuff which are not strictly mathematical, but fall into the general perview of mathematical thought.

The Mridangam is the major percussion instrument of south indian classical music, also known as carnatic music. I have been trained professionally as a Mridangam artist for almost five years and have performed throughout Tamil Nadu on a semi professional level. (The picture shows myself performing at the International Conference on Class Groups of Number fields and Related Topics - 2019).
