Designed and developed an Arduino-based automatic wire cutting prototype to produce uniform-length wire and filament pellets with improved speed and precision. The system integrates a stepper motor, servo mechanism, custom 3D-printed components, and mechanical cutting assembly to automate repetitive cutting tasks, reducing manual effort while ensuring consistent output. This project demonstrates expertise in mechatronics, embedded systems, CAD design, 3D printing, and prototype development.Â
