ABOUT ME

I am  Krishna, PhD student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Kanpur. I did my bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur. I am working at the Combustion & Energy Conversion systems Laboratory under the guidance of Dr.Santanu De. My research work focuses on Large Eddy Simulations of reactive flows using transported filtered density function method. We use an open-source C++ toolbox OpenFOAM for the development of customized numerical solvers. My research problem involves Numerical simulations of thermoacoustic instabilities in a gas turbine combustor.
