I am currently a junior at Purdue University, majoring in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering (AAE) with a specialization in Propulsion and a minor in Physics. I come from a small suburb near St. Louis, Missouri, right at the point where hundreds of stars can be seen in the night sky with the naked eye. I've always had a deep passion for space, nurtured from a young age through hours of stargazing and watching fascinating space documentaries with my father. Every time I look at the stars, I dream of a future time when humanity had colonized worlds across the Milky Way. Thousands of planets and worlds where humanity thrives. Limitless space for people to live happy and free. Anything from ecumenopolises to arcadian havens. These dreams, combined with a love for problem-solving and building things, led me to pursue a career in aerospace engineering, with the end goal of contributing to the research and development of spacecraft and propulsion systems.
Aside from my career aspirations, my hobbies include self-teaching myself to play the piano, practicing classical Indian singing, weightlifting, running, watching and reading Science Fiction art, and exploring any science or mathematics-related topics through videos and literature. My long-term dreams include earning a Master's and potentially a PhD in AAE to deepen my knowledge and contribute to the exploration of the unknown. I hope that one day my work can make a notable impact on humanity's knowledge and technology in space exploration. I wish to go down as a leader in space propulsion technology and am striving to meet that dream every single day.
