• Please visit the registration page to register the conference.

• When the number of oral presentations exceeds prepared talk slots, the organizers will make a selection. Presentations that are not selected as talks will automatically become poster presentations.   

• You may need a visa to enter Japan. The information on countries and regions for visa exemptions is given on the website of MOFA (The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan). Please check whether or not your nationality falls under the category. If you need an invitation letter, please contact us via the email (kpzkyoto@gmail.com).
