Control & Efficiency Unit, Energy Operations
Established in 2012, EDOTCO Group is the first regional and integrated telecommunications infrastructure services company in Asia, providing end-to-end solutions in the tower services sector from tower leasing, colocations, build-to-suit, energy, transmission and operations and maintenance (O&M).
Key Responsibility -
Network and Energy Data Analysis:
Conduct in-depth network data analysis to identify optimization opportunities and implement efficient solutions.
Analyze high E-bill and DGRH sites/events, collaborating with internal stakeholders to mitigate issues.
Evaluate DG (Diesel Generator) VTMS settings and DGRH metrics per event duration to optimize performance.
Investigate and resolve faults in transformers and energy meters, implementing optimal solutions to minimize recurrence.
Reporting and Visualization:
Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports to external stakeholders (e.g., ROBI CTO), ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
Develop and implement Power BI visualizations and automation tools to enable real-time data monitoring and visibility.
Ensure accurate and timely NTC data and sustainability reporting for management and group, facilitating the calculation of CO2 emissions from electricity, DGs, PGs, portable gensets (DGoW), and vehicles.
Operational Management:
Manage the annual operational budget and forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Maintain and coordinate the operational master database to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Process TA-DA for operational resources while adhering to budget constraints and ensuring timely disbursement.
Automation and System Support:
Leverage Python automation to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Automate manual tasks using Power Query along with Power BI and create visualizations to analyze network data, including dashboards for Electricity Billing, DGRH, and Open PO Tracking.
Provide system support for procurement processes (PR/PO) and goods receipt (GR) for seamless operations.
Vendor Coordination and Maintenance (On Demand):
Coordinate with vendors during extreme weather conditions or disaster scenarios to maintain BTS site uptime.
Monitor and analyze solar generation data, ensuring effective preventive maintenance and identifying DGRH occurrences during peak solar output.
