We cook all meats and seafood at the right temperatures to ensure they’re safe to eat. To avoid cross-contamination, we use separate tools and stations for raw and cooked foods. For takeaways and deliveries, your food is packed in clean, sealed, food-grade containers, fresh, safe, and ready to enjoy.
KotZone strictly follows all food safety standards set by Sri Lanka’s regulatory bodies, including the Ministry of Health, SLSI , and HACCP guidelines.
