Kotoba provides local Japanese diary storage, optional Google sign-in and cloud backup, and AI-generated writing feedback. AI feedback may contain errors and is educational support, not professional advice.
Your content
You retain ownership of your diary content. You grant only the limited permission needed to process text you select for AI feedback and optional backup.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Availability
Features may change. Internet access is required for AI feedback, sign-in, and cloud backup. Local writing remains available offline.
Warranty and liability
Kotoba is provided as available, without warranties to the extent allowed by law. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by law.

See the Deletion page for account and associated cloud-data deletion instructions. Kotoba is intended for adults age 18 and older.
