Kotoba lets users request deletion of their account and associated cloud data without reinstalling the app.
How to request deletion
Email seok7302@gmail.com from the Google email address linked to Kotoba. Use the subject “Kotoba account deletion” and request deletion of your account and associated data.
What happens next
We may verify that the request comes from the linked account holder. We will delete the Firebase Authentication account and associated cloud diary and learning data within 30 days. Limited records may be retained only where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security obligations.
Local device data
You can delete individual entries in Kotoba. You can also remove all local app data through Android Settings, or uninstall the app. Local device data is separate from cloud data, so email us if you also used sign-in or cloud backup.
