This site was made by and is run by HICE (Hamamatsu Foundation for International Communication and Exchange).

 Our aim is to provide and report on the wide range of information available on interculturalism and international exchange happening here in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka. 

HICE also collects and shares announcements from not only the national government, but also local government and other administrative bodies, as well as sharing the activities of NPOs in various languages.
