Active Colloids for Technology InnoVation & Engineering

Our research group will focus on developing the fundamental science and engineering principles of “active colloids” that display unique dynamic behavior in colloidal systems. Similar to how children can build various machines and architectures from LEGO blocks, active colloidal systems can form the fundamental basis for micro-LEGO engineering to solve contemporary challenges, which are difficult to address with traditional technologies.
