Account Deletion

At Kolokoon, we respect your privacy and provide easy options to delete your account and all associated personal data.

How to delete your Kolokoon account:

You can delete your account in two ways:

1. Via the Kolokoon App:

   • Open the Kolokoon app.

   • Go to your Profile Page.

   • Tap the "Delete Account" button.

   • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

   • Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within the specified period.
     
     

2. Via Email Request:

   • If you prefer, you can request account deletion by emailing us at kolokoon@gmail.com.

   • Please include your phone number associated with your account so we can locate and delete your data.
     
     

Once your request is processed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
