Kolkata Transit is NOT an official application of WBTC(CSTC,CTC or WBSTC),Kolkata Metro(Indian Railways). Bus/Tram/Train timings may not be matched with actual timings,and may change based on availability of fleet,staff or prevailing conditions. Kolkata Transit is not responsible for any damage caused by the information shown by this software. Please cross verify the information at ticket counter,bus depot,starter office.
Kolkata Transit shall make no guarantees for the uninterrupted and continuous availability of the Products and/or Services or of any specific feature(s) of the Products and/or Services. The Products and/or Services are AS IS and are subject to the disclaimers of warranty and the limitations of liability as found in this agreement and which are subject to testing by the Users before entering into this agreement.
Kolkata Transit reserves the right to change or terminate the Products and/or the Services.
Notices
All notices given by You to Kolkata Transit must be given to Kolkata Transit in writing to our communication address provided on the App Marketplace. We may give notice to You either through the Licensed Application or at the e-mail address You provided to Us if you have registered with us.
Changes to the Terms:
Kolkata Transit may make changes to these Terms from time to time with or without notice. When these changes are made, any new terms will be made available to you at www.koltransit.com. You understand and agree that if you use the product and Services after the date on which these Terms have changed, Kolkata Transit will treat your use as acceptance of the updated terms.
